The little things add up to the big things. Sunday’s are usually my day to brain dump my to do’s and to don’ts for the week, get organized, clean out and make space.....which is why I created this specific “weekly challenge” and included it in my book. Often, when we hold on to things that no longer serve us or the highest good, we get anxious, cluttered, and unfocused. And when we feel those feelings, we are actually blocking abundance and newness. This can be resolved by taking simple action steps such as cleaning out a purse or drawer. Clearing way for the new. This doesn’t mean you have to reorganize or clean your whole house (but if that helps, then by all means, go for it!) Give it a try and use these journaling prompts ....see how you feel afterward.
