It’s been a few weeks.
Life happened. (Y’all… trust me when I say the book I’m currently writing is going to be so juicy & helpful for SO many women!)
Our sweet dog had SEVEN puppies (who knew puppies were so much work!? Lol. It’s been so fun though!)
And summer break with the kids home & wanting to eat every.five.minutes. and “I’m boreddddd” and “mommy, she did ____” … (Raise your hands, mamas, I feel you!! Orecuiy)
OH & anxiety levels have been through the roof soooo….
I made a commitment to myself …and it’s been completely necessary. I have continued to follow my own advice & tune out so that I can tune inward….so I can come back & show up for you all the best I can.
Also, I have meditated daily for the last week & here’s what I know to be true after doing so:
When we get still, we can hear.
When we hear, we learn.
When we learn, we trust.
When we trust, a peace comes over us.
When we feel that peace, nothing else matters.
Because we know things are working exactly as they are meant to.
And there’s no need to worry.
Because a power bigger than us is at work.
And we must allow, do the work & BE.

Oh & Happy Full Moon 😉 It’s a great time to use the energy of the moon to release what no longer serves you.
Here are a few of my favorite ways & simple ways you can do this:
Meditate/sit in prayer, take a salt bath, write a letter or journal entry writing all the things, people, beliefs, etc. that no longer serve your higher purpose. Then burn it or rip it up. Let me know how it goes!
