The soul is the purest expression of an individual and is not bound by physical forms or fleeting emotions. –Daily Om
Much like the plants in our gardens, we are created from a small seed…then grown and nurtured in the womb… we are fed, nourished and created from something small. When we enter the world, we must continue to be fed, watered, loved, nurtured and shown the light.
Or we become stagnant.
We stop growing.
We wither away.
Or life takes over and we forget who we are.
We must remember who we are and continue to nurture and grow. Never stop learning… growing… nurturing your soul.
Need some ideas / reminders on where to start?
— Grab a personal development book (email me firstname.lastname@example.org) and I’ll send you a list of my favorites!
— Get outside & breathe in the sunshine!
— Turn your phone off for at least 2 hours a day. Spend that time connecting with your true self or with your family/friends! Be present!
— Take a class. Do a paint party. Wear your makeup a new way.
— Meditate (Aura is one of my favorite apps! Gabrielle Bernstein and Amanda Frances have some free guided meditations that have changed my life!)
